Our Story

Sumak features a fully authentic Turkish menu coupled with renowned Turkish hospitality. Our indoor and outdoor 120-seat restaurant is now open for dinner service nightly, as well as lunch on weekends. Reimagined by the Turkish culinary team led by Zafer Acik, every dish on the menu is based on classic Turkish recipes which include Aegean, Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine. Wood charcoal grill and a fire brick oven are used to create our unique dishes.
